SHIPPING POLICY
Our courier service employs carbon offsets from Carbon Neutral. Emissions from fuel used in shipping is 100% carbon offset.
FREE shipping on all orders over $250.00 within Australia. Orders below $250.00 AUD have a flat rate standard domestic shipping of $20.00 AUD. At this time we do not offer international shipping.
While we allow 5-10 days delivery time from payment of orders in stock, at times we may experience some shipping delays and orders may take longer than usual due to Covid-19. Please understand that we are trying our very best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
The courier will have authority to leave the goods unattended at your requested delivery location unless we receive a prior request from you by emailing us. We operate our courier service using Shippit. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery dates supplied by us are an estimate only and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Natural product disclosure
As flowers are a natural product we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that show any variations between the flowers and reference images used on this website. Images provided on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we take the upmost care packaging the flowers safely and securely, the shipping process can affect the delicate nature of flowers. By placing your order you agree and take responsibility for the potential of shipping damage. Should you receive your order to find a small amount of damage, please handle the flowers with care to restore their condition. We do not accept the return of any flowers damaged while in transit to the maximum extent permitted by law. However, we will use reasonable efforts to assist you to contact the delivery service provider in this case. We do not offer or provide returns or exchanges on any items if you change your mind after placing or receiving your order.
Damaged goods
If you believe that the goods may be defective or damaged, please send an image to us and we will come back to you with a response as soon as possible.
How to return an item

You must receive approval from us in writing prior to the return of goods.

Post the goods to our warehouse in their original condition, with original packaging.

Email your receipt or proof of purchase, along with the return postage tracking number. If goods are posted to us without a tracking number, we will not issue a refund or send an exchange until the returned goods arrive at our warehouse.

You will be solely responsible for paying the shipping or postal costs for returning your goods unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrectly received.
Australian Consumer Law
(a) Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure
and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
(b) These terms and conditions will apply only to the extent to which they do not
infringe the Australian Consumer Law.
